Job for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting Draughtsmen

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Draughtsmen to join our team in the following disciplines:

Positions Available:

1. Electrical Draughtsman
2. HVAC Draughtsman
3. Plumbing Draughtsman
4. Fire Fighting Draughtsman

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or certification in Drafting, CAD, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience as a Draughtsman in the respective field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Electrical Draughtsman: Expertise in preparing electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and load schedules.
  • HVAC Draughtsman: Proficiency in HVAC system layouts, ducting, and mechanical schematics.
  • Plumbing Draughtsman: Skilled in designing plumbing layouts, pipe routing, and water supply systems.
  • Fire Fighting Draughtsman: Experience in preparing fire protection system layouts, sprinkler designs, and related schematics.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting tools.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and high-quality drawings.
• Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with relevant codes and standards for each discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and layouts.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop designs.
• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing records.
• Prepare BOQ & Specification
